Research and Development
During the development of the i30 we really wanted to explore what would make
your job easier. We found that core availability, core cut quality, slow diameter change over times and operator errors were the biggest cause for frustration on the shop floor. These have been at the forefront of our design process.
Rapid Diameter Change
The i30 offers incredibly fast changeover times between Ø25.0mm to Ø76.2mm ID with minimal tooling change. This means that production capability can be increased and machine downtime virtually eradicated, making the i30 the next must-have machine for your shop floor.
Burnished, Accurate Cuts
Utilising our experience and existing static blade and anvil technology we have integrated our principles in servo technology alongside the automated process to give you a perfect, burnished cut every single time. Burred Cores are eliminated at source avoiding costly downtime further down the production line.
Manual Core Loading
