The Parkland TC40 Series R is an automatic machine that provides the highest quality cut core with only minimal operator input, producing an accurate, highly polished, burr free finish to the core. The machine features both a static blade and anvil to produce a burnished, virtually dust free finish to the core. Operator setup is eliminated due to the blade being self-seeking, sending a signal to the processor when in contact with the anvil, confirming the cut has been made. Automatic indexing of the blade ensures a clean edge for optimum cut quality and blade life. Additional features, quick and easy setting for different core diameters and wall thicknesses and the ability to cut both cardboard and plastic cores, makes this model ideal for the medium to high volume of user. Optional core loading systems can be added at point of a sale or retrospectively for full automation to give a continuous cutting cycle.
